Pokémon/RPG Classes Spreadsheet

On December 15th, 2021, I had the inspiration to sort every single Pokémon into RPG classes, with the categories inspired primarily by Fire Emblem and Final Fantasy. So I did that! And now it's in HTML table format, updated through Paldea/#1008. This was my first test of adapting spreadsheets into HTML tables, beginning with this one because it doesn't actually rely on being a spreadsheet.

Pokémon highlighted in non-typical colors have a notable elemental affiliation that would stay in adaptations to other fantasy mediums. The types included in this are grass, fire, water, electric, and ice.

Some evolution lines are split up. It's based on vibes. This entire spreadsheet may or may not be based entirely on vibes. When a whole evolution line is sorted together, it's denoted by "[Pokémon] Line"— so if you're not finding a specific 'mon, that could be why.

Also, watch for tooltips! They include explanations for my rationale/extra notes.

Physical Attackers (no weapon required)
Fighter/Monk Physical fighters that tend toward the use of martial arts Warrior Fighters that are less likely to use martial arts, and more likely to have their own weapon Berserker Physical fighters with high HP and Attack that are ready to go all-in and let loose for their attacks.

Knight Lighter than armors, heavier than swordfighters. Admittedly used pretty broadly. Armor/Tank Knights with high HP and/or Defense in heavy armor. Able to take the most hits. Paladin Protectors who tend to have an association with religion, although that's not relevant for Pokémon. Also sometimes have some healing/light magic. Dark Knight Ominous knight who may give some of themselves to attack, or attack based on the strength of their emotions. Often have dark magic.

Weapon Specialists Magic-Physical Combo
Swordfighter Sword-users who are notably faster than knights and warriors. Basically the Myrmidon class in Fire Emblem. Gunner Focuses on guns, less precise than archers. Machinist/Engineer Either best at using their tech, or uses their tech to attack. Archer Focuses on bows & arrows. Precise. Spellsword Mixed special-physical attackers in some kind of way. May have innate magic and use that alongside a weapon, or maybe they don't and wield a magical weapon. More agile than Mage Knights. Mage Knight Bulkier and even more versatile spellsword. In Fire Emblem, they're mages with horses, but I don't know how that would work in a crossover like this.
